"I feel stuck."

Isn't that a heartbreaking statement? It's one I've heard countless times from so many people. I know the weight of those words because I've carried them myself.

It was in that moment of heaviness, many years ago, that I began searching for a new life. I refused to believe that our "empty nest" chapter had to be defined by tragedy or feeling trapped in a career that no longer nourished my soul or met my family's needs.

From that place of desperation came determination. I returned to school and climbed to an administrative position leading an entire department. I immersed myself in leadership, higher education and self-development books, hungry for personal and professional transformation.

When I joined the John Maxwell team's coaching, speaking and training program, something ignited within me. My learning accelerated, my mindset expanded, and I felt compelled to reach higher while guiding others through coaching, mastermind and personal study groups.

What began as feeling stuck became the catalyst for my greatest evolution.

I knew there was more for me, a new chapter in life. Lives I could touch. Stories I could share. Hope I could uplift. My passion, I've discovered, lies in guiding, coaching, mentoring and assisting people to achieve their goals, dreams and accomplishments they might have thought impossible.

The journey can be long—but with a helping hand, that same journey transforms into an adventure, giving hope to a new future where dreams become reality.
