What happened next changed everything — I went back to school, utilized my certification with the John Maxwell coaching and training program, and discovered a framework for purpose that I now teach to women of faith. But the turning point wasn't what you'd expect. It started with a single question my mentor asked me, one I'd never been asked in 17 years of performance reviews…

She asked: "Who are you when nobody needs anything from you?"

I had no answer. That silence became the beginning of everything.

• 23 years in education — from Early Childhood teacher to Department Director of Early Childhood for a public school district. I led teachers, shaped programs, and made the hard calls. My leadership was tested in real life, not just theory.

I started this work from a deeply personal place—feeling completely stuck and unmoored after becoming an empty nester.  Now I help women turn that holy restlessness into God-given direction.
